Gay Men Together

Gay men of all ages and walks of life are welcome and this group traditionally serves as a weekly social meeting for gay men ages 18+. Generally, topics of discussion relevant to gay men will be introduced for the group to talk about, i.e. healthy sexuality, current events, leadership development, and much more. The group also hosts biweekly potlucks that are not to be missed. So, whether you are new to Missoula, visiting for the day, or looking to reconnect with the community be sure to stop by.

Trans, Intersex, & Nonbinary Group

Groups held on the 2nd and 4th (and 5th) Thursday of each month are social groups guided by a Center staff member with a focus on gathering and conversation. These groups are a hybrid of Zoom and in-person at the Center depending on each individual's preference for joining. Certain meetings may include fun outings in the community.

Both versions of the group generally consist of a mix of new and returning members with diverse backgrounds, ages, and identities. Members do not have to live in Missoula. There are no requirements to join a T.I.N. group meeting other than a desire to find community in a respectful environment!

To see the schedule, topics, and social group details for each upcoming month of T.I.N. meetings, visit the Center's Instagram (@lgbtmontana), or Facebook page (The Western Montana Community Center).

Want to join? Please contact the Center at hello@lgbtmontana.org for more information and to receive the Zoom meeting link. We look forward to seeing you!

Welcome to T.I.N.! The Trans/Intersex/Nonbinary group meets every Thursday evening. Reach out to the Center for details!

Groups held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month are support groups facilitated by a counselor and held over Zoom. These groups start with an ice breaker and life check-in, followed by a deeper discussion surrounding a chosen topic such as advocacy, trans healthcare, chosen family, and others. The group may also choose to discuss a deeper personal topic or current event instead depending on what people need that week.

BIdentity

A group for individuals that identify as bisexual, pansexual or demisexual. BIdentity meets every other week to connect, learn about each other's experiences and discuss a range of topics.

B.O.L.D. Gayme Night

B.O.L.D., or By Our Love Decide, is a monthly night for individuals who identify as having a disability and being LGBTQIA+. The group meets once a month to play games, share stories, and build a sense of community with friends. In collaboration with Summit, this group is intended to highlight how disability intersects with many other forms of identity.  All abilities and identities are welcome in this space. Come check us out, as you are!
